You are currently at the official web page to request your first aid, CPR, and / or BLS certification.  You may have been redirected here over the telephone.  Because we need certain information in order to retrieve your certificate, we only process requests via this form in order to have all information available to us.

Please note that if you are requesting your certificate prior to October of 2017, you will have to contact the National Contact Centre since certificates are now being issued digital after that date.  We would not be able to re-issue your certificate before October of 2017 because the curriculum before October 2017 offered physical wallet certificates, which have been discontinued.

Also, please note that all Red Cross training partners are individually owned and operated.  We do not share data with one another, only with the National Contact Centre.  You should only use this form if you have taken a course with The Academy for First Aid and Safety. If not, please contact the training partner you have done your training with.
