Our BLS Recertification course is a condensed refresher for healthcare providers and students whose Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is expiring or has already expired. In about 3 hours, you will practise high-performance CPR for adults, children and infants, AED use, team-based resuscitation and choking relief, and leave with your renewed BLS certificate the same day. Your new BLS certificate is valid for 12 months. Training is aligned with the 2025 AHA guidelines. Our BLS Recertification training facility is a roomy, bright space with plenty of room to practise on professional manikins. Our BLS Recertification training centre is fully equipped with Preston professional CPR manikins, infant manikins and AED trainers, so you will practise on the same equipment used in real resuscitation. Classes are small, so every student gets hands-on time and personal coaching from a certified instructor.

Who can take BLS Recertification?

Healthcare providers and students who hold a current or recently expired Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate can take this recertification course. If your certificate has already expired, you can still register; no proof of a current certificate is required at check-in.

You can still take the recertification course. If you would like a more complete refresher, the full BLS course is available at the same locations.
