First aid and CPR courses in Toronto

All of our first aid, CPR, and BLS training aligns with the 2025 AHA guidelines. Classes run in a blended format, mainly on Saturdays: you complete the online portion first (the link is emailed to you once your registration is confirmed and paid), then attend the in-person hands-on session at our Toronto Training Centre. Our courses also include hands-on neffy (epinephrine nasal spray) training, and The Academy is the only first aid company in the GTA offering hands-on neffy training.
