EMERGENCY FIRST AID AND CPR BLS AVAILABLE IN TORONTO, NORTH YORK, VAUGHAN, BRAMPTON, AND HAMILTON:

The Academy for First Aid and Safety of Toronto provides WSIB and CSA approved emergency first aid and CPR certification training in Toronto Ontario.  Our emergency first aid and CPR certification courses in Toronto are under the guidelines and meet both WSIB and CSA certification standards for approved CPR training in Toronto, Brampton, Scarborough, and Hamilton!  Our fast track CPR training in Toronto allows participants to complete their CPR training certifications in just half the time by taking a blended e-learning + in class CPR certification course!

Emergency first aid and CPR with AED level C is one of the most popular levels of regular first aid and CPR that we offer.  This course will teach you ten (10) fundamental chapters of first aid, CPR, and AED:

  • Introduction to first aid
  • Emergency scene management
  • Shock and fainting
  • Head, neck, spine injuries
  • CPR and AED
  • Deadly bleeding
  • Wound management
  • Bites and stings
  • Burn management
  • Medical emergencies

 

  • Pens and notepad for notes taking.
  • Digital workbook (provided after registration).
  • For recertifications, valid WSIB approved existing Standard first aid/CPR certification is required to partake in this recertification course.

Standard first aid and CPR level C and BLS are offered at the following locations:

All weekday standard first aid classes start at 9:00am.

Some classes on the weekend may start at 8:30am, or 3:00pm for afternoon classes.  This depends on the location and day of the week.  See our schedule for complete details by booking a seat.

Every Emergency first aid and CPR course has 2 breaks: A ten minute break and a 30 minute lunch.

Typical class duration is up to 4 hours in duration (including breaks and lunches).
