CPR level C with AED certification for Toronto North York, Barrie, Hamilton, Scarborough, and Brampton is the bare minimum and most basic CPR certification course we offer which incudes AED use. CPR level certification in Toronto and Brampton will teach you six (6) fundamental chapters of first aid, CPR, and AED:

– Scene management
– Preparing to respond to emergencies
– Check, call, care
– Choking
– Circulation emergencies
– CPR and AED

This class entails an online theory component prior to attending the in class appointment. We will send you instructions on how to start your online theory component after registration. The online theory component must be completed prior to the in class appointment.
Pens and notepad for notes taking.
Digital workbook (provided after registration).
For recertifications, valid WSIB approved existing Standard first aid/CPR certification is required to partake in this recertification course.

Standard first aid and CPR level C and BLS are offered at the following locations:

All weekday standard first aid classes start at 9:00am.

Some classes on the weekend may start at 8:30am, or 3:00pm for afternoon classes. This depends on the location and day of the week. See our schedule for complete details by booking a seat.

Every CPR course has a 10 minute break in between.

Typical class duration is 3 hours in duration (including breaks).

All of our first aid and CPR courses are in a blended format. This hybrid type of learning allows all students to conduct the theory component online, and come to a 1 day skills assessment class. This reduces the in class time by a day (standard first aid was originally a 2 day in class course). As always, your training and certification is recognized and approved by WSIB Ontario.

After registration, you will get an automated email to start your online theory component right away. You can pause and resume at any point.

At the completion of the online component, a certificate of completion will be automatically generated. This certificate letter is needed to enter the class. Your instructor will request this before entering the class.

Please note that it is not possible to attend the in class skills assessment without first completing the online theory component.
