1. Course costs for E-transfers:

   CPR Level C (no first aid): $$59.84 + HST = $67.62 total
   Emergency first aid and CPR level C: $80.74 + HST = $91.24
   Standard first aid and CPR level C: $109.24 + HST = $123.44
   Standard first aid and CPR level C re-certification: $104.49 + HST = $118.07
   Basic life support (BLS): $59.84 + HST = $67.62
   Basic life support re-certification: $52.24 + HST = $59.03
   Standard first aid with BLS: $118.74 + HST = $134.18

   Your full name
   Your email address
   Your telephone number (must be able to accept SMS for updates)
   The desired location for your first aid / CPR course
4. You should receive a confirmation email by the end of the business day (not including weekends and holidays)
